What is SimpleHealth's refund policy?

If you do not receive a prescription from us, we will gladly refund your $15 complete care annual fee. 

However, due to FDA policy, we cannot issue refunds for medication once it is shipped. If you believe you received an order in error or have questions or concerns about the brand you’re taking, however, please contact us at support@simplehealth.com and we’ll be happy to help.
