First, check that the shipping address you input to us was correct. If it was, check all possible delivery areas of around your home and inquire with neighbors, other members of your household, or, if you live in an apartment, your building manager or lobby attendant to see if any of them received the package. If you still cannot find it, reach out to USPS to report the misdelivery, then reach out to us–we’re happy to resolve missing package issues to the best of our ability.
If your missing package does not arrive, you’ll likely have to pay out-of-pocket for another refill. However, you could contact your insurance and request a lost medication override to get an earlier refill covered.
