We currently offer our birth control service in the following states, and the minimum age to receive a new prescription varies by state:

Ages 13 and up: Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, Wyoming

Ages 14 and up: Alabama

Ages 16 and up: California, South Carolina

Ages 18 and up: Florida, Idaho, Missouri, North Dakota, South Dakota, Texas, Utah
