How do I upload or change my insurance?

Last updated on September 11, 2020

If you need to change your insurance for your next refill, you can add a new policy by logging into your account on, and navigating to your profile. From there, you can either upload a photo of your insurance card or input your insurance information manually. The updated policy will automatically apply to your next refill.

If you need to update your insurance information on an existing order, including first time orders, please email our support team at

Please keep in mind that your Rx BIN number is essential for us to process your insurance. If your insurance card does not list it, you may have a secondary pharmacy card that does. If not, you can check your insurance's online portal or give them a call to request it.
