If you need to change your insurance for your next refill, you can add a new policy by logging into your account on simplehealth.com, and navigating to your profile. From there, you can either upload a photo of your insurance card or input your insurance information manually. The updated policy will automatically apply to your next refill.

Please keep in mind that your Rx BIN number is essential for us to process your insurance. If your insurance card does not list it, you may have a secondary pharmacy card that does. If not, you can check your insurance's online portal or give them a call to request it.
