Can I cancel my order?

You can change the refill date of your next upcoming order before it ships by heading into your profile at https://www.simplehealth.com/account/subscriptions. You'll be able to pick a new date 48 hours to 6 months into the future! 

If you'd like to cancel your subscription, please contact us at refills@simplehealth.com at least 7 days before your refill date to cancel. 

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or refund that shipment, due to FDA policy. However, it is possible to cancel future refills as long as you reach out to us in advance!
