You can change the refill date of your next upcoming order before it ships by heading the subscriptions page. Click 'Reschedule Shipment' and you'll be able to pick a new date 48 hours to 6 months into the future!
If you need to pause or cancel your subscription with us, log in to see your current prescriptions and supplement orders, go to the subscription page, click "Manage Subscription" and click on the individual item to cancel.
Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or refund that shipment, due to FDA policy. However, it is possible to cancel future refills as long as you reach out to us in advance!
